Ngui Chap is one of the most popular dishes in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Ngui Chap literally means mixed beef and this dish consists of beef tongue, tendon, tripe, beef balls, and other beef parts with some beef broth.

Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap is a very popular restaurant that serves their famous dish which is Ngui Chap. Many people have recommended Kah Hiong Ngui Chap because, obviously, it's Ngui Chap.

There weren't any people at all and it was just us. For the past hour, there weren't any customers besides us. We ordered this Ngui Chap which comes with some Kon Lou Mee. It costs RM9.90 and we'd say that the price is cheap.

However, we dislike it. The Kon Lou Mee was way too sweet and the Ngui Chap's beef wasn't fresh and it had to be a couple days old. The broth of the Ngui Chap was alright.
